1. P-PGF (Polstar-PVC Grid Curtain Film)
Specially formulated conductrve carbon printed on normal transparent PVC film in grid. The surface resistivity of the conductive carbon print is 10e4-10e6 ohms/sq. This model is the most wrdely used thanks to its economical cost.
2. P-PCH (Polstar-PVC Clear Curtain Film, Homogeneuos Type)
Homogeneous type of antistatic transparent PVC film is made of antistatic compounded PVC, not antistatic coated material. This homogeneous PVC film is all antistatic on both sides and its ESD control properties remain permanent. This shows volume resistivity as well as surface resrstivity because of homogeneous antistatic constitution. The surface resistivity is 10eB-10e10 ohms/sq and the volume resistivity is I0e7-10e8 ohms.
3. P-PGH (Polstar-PVC Grid Curtain Film, Homogeneous type) >
Specially formulated conductive carbon printed on transparent homogeneous antistatic PVC f ilm in grid. Surf ace resistivity of the conductive carbon print rs 10e4- I 0e6 ohms/sq and the base film is 1OeB-10e10 ohms/sq. This combination is to maximize ESD control properties and its friction electrostatic generation is extremely low.
4. P-PBH (Polstar-PVC Opaque Black Curtain Film, Homogeneous type)
Homogeneous black antistatic film. This is opaque type in black for shielding screen effect. The surface resistivity is 10eB-lOelO ohms/sq. This is mainly for the application of visual protection.
5. P-PGB (Polstar-PVC Grid Opaque Black Curtain Film)
This is not homogeneous antistatic constitution, but specially formulated conductive carbon printed on black PVC film in grid. The surface resistivity of the conductive carbon print is 10e4-10e6 ohms/sq and the base film is opaque in black. This is good recommendation for shielding screen effect with conductive ESD control properties.
6. P-PGG (Polstar-PVC Grid Opaque Black Curtain Film, Both sides)
Specially formulated conductive carbon printed on both sides of black PVC fllm in grid. The surface resistivrty of the conductive carbon print is 10e4-10e6 ohms/sq on both srdes and the base film is opaque in black.
7. P-PHU (Polstar-PVC UV Clear Curtain Film, Homogeneous type)
Homogeneous yellow tinted antistatic PVC film for the protection of harmful ultra violet ray. This yellow tinted film is UV protection treated and the base f ilm is antistatic of which surface resistivity is 10eB-10e10 ogms/sq. This is to absorb ultra violet rays and not to accumulate dust and particle by eliminating of electrostatic.
8. P-PGU (Polstar-PVC UV Grid Curtain Film)
Specially formulated conductive carbon printed on yellow tinted PVC film in grid. The surface resistivrty of the conductive carbon print is 10e4-10e6 ohms/sq and the base film is UV protection treated rn yellow tinted. Thls is to protect from harmful ultra violet ray and keep the most effective ESD control properties.
9. P-PAH (Polstar-PVC Clear Adhesive Curtain Film, Homogeneous type)
This homogeneous antistatic transparent film has adhesive layer. After removing of the protection film, this can be adhered to any insulated walls, windows, partitions or other materials that might have problem of ESD control. This homogeneous antistatic transparent f ilm reduces high electrostatrc generation and protect from accumulation of dust and particles.
